DUNE at the new Auberge Beach Residences & Spa is the first East Coast restaurant from Auberge Resorts Collection. With a prime spot on Fort Lauderdale Beach, DUNE offers the chance to dine under the stars, indulge in a Napa-inspired wine Iist by the fire pit and watch the waves crash before you. While the locally caught roasted branzino and wild salmon are standouts, the restaurant also boasts a Jasper charcoal oven, which gives meats a juicier, more distinctive flavor. Try the grilled prime steak with chimichurri aioli or the rack of lamb with sumac, charred cucumber, tzatziki sauce and warm olives.
